Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who specializes in working with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to feel empowered and make good life changes. My goal is to assist people get «unstuck» from overpowering negative thoughts by teaching them how to efficiently adjust to life's obstacles while remaining true to their ideals. I believe that everyone deserves to have a more awake, purposeful, joyous, and fulfilled existence. I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Sociology from St. Francis College.
