from Navtech Marine Survey School, ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council)
standards certified, and Bachelor in Science and a minor in construction
engineering from Peru State College. He is a lifetime boater, and water
enthusiast, growing up on Lake Ontario and later moving to Florida.
